Which is the right training programme for you?

In order to change your body we recommend a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Small group Personal Training. This will ensure that all aspects of mental and physical health are catered for. Your injury history and any specific requirements will be taken into full consideration.

 

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions use a combination of free weight, bodyweight, and machine based exercises in a group setting of up to 8 people.

PILATES

Pilates is designed to develop core strength, spine flexibility, balance and body confidence. Classes are available for all levels of fitness and experience and can be used for rehabilitation of some injuries.

YOGA

Vinyasa Flow Yoga links yoga postures together in a smooth and flowing motion at a pace that is easy to follow but will challenge the body. It is designed to build balance, strength and flexibilty through the whole body.

YOGA NIDRA

Recharge the mind and body with yogic sleep. Through a combination of verbal instruction and gong sounds, you will achieve a state of consciousness between asleep and awake.
